About Us

As the Founder and CEO, Mike Parker will take personal responsibility should any colleague fail to uphold all of the above at anytime.We were founded in 2017 by Mike Parker who had managed several large engineering recruitment companies and remains the CEO today.

Family Business: We became a family business when in 2018, Mike’s now wife Cathy Parker took over the financial management of the company.

Cathy’s son Robin Greenwood joined in 2019 and within 5 years has risen to the MD position and runs the daily operations of the company.

Joe Parker (Mike’s son) joined in 2021 an now spearheads that Facilities Management team.

Being a family business we have very high standards and care about the people that we work with, helping candidates and clients alike with pride.
